Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 oz blue cheese room temperature
  • 1 tsp red or white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pich sugar
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients into a small bowl, blender, or food processor. Mix until well combined.
  2. Chill for 20-30 minutes and serve. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days in an airtight container.
