Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP Lavender Simple Syrup
  • 2 TBSP heavy cream
  • 1 TBSP Whole Milk
  • 1-2 Drops Purple food coloring (optional)

Equipment

  • 1 milk frother

Method

  1. In a small bowl, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and lavender simple syrup.
  2. Using a handheld milk frother, blend the mixture until it becomes light, fluffy, and slightly thickened. It should still be pourable but hold a soft foam texture.
  3. If you want that soft lavender color, add 1 to 2 drops of purple food coloring and gently mix. Once it is ready, spoon or pour it right over your favorite iced drink. Enjoy!
