Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Water kefir (first ferment)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup Lavender Simple Syrup
  • Ice

Method
 

  1. Pour your water kefir into a glass pitcher
  2. Add the fresh lemon juice and lavender simple syrup. Taste and adjust as needed.
  3. Bottle for second ferment if desired or serve over ice and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
