Ingredients

  • 3 TBSP heavy whipping cream
  • 2 TBSP milk of choice
  • 1 TBSP pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 TBSP pumpkin puree
  • dash of pumpkin pie spice

Equipment

  • 1 Milk Frother or Blender

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a glass or jar.
  2. Use a milk frother to mix until a fluffy foam develops. If you are using a blender, pulse a few times until the mixture is light and airy.
  3. Pour your pumpkin cold foam over your homemade cold brew coffee. You can also top a pumpkin chai latte with it for a sweet seasonal twist.

Notes

  • Use cold ingredients: Cold cream and milk froth better and keep your foam stable.
  • Sweeten to taste: Maple syrup is perfect for a natural fall sweetness, but you can adjust the amount to your preference.
  • Try it on different drinks: Don’t limit yourself to just coffee. Pumpkin cold foam tastes amazing over pumpkin chai, hot chocolate, or even a spiced latte.
  • Make extra: This recipe scales well. You can double or triple it for serving friends and family during cozy fall mornings.
