Ingredients
  

  • 2 TBSP unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced (about ½ teaspoon)
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Allow butter to soften at room temperature until easily mixed.
  2. Finely mince the garlic and chop the fresh herbs.
  3. Combine softened butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Mix until the herbs and garlic are evenly distributed.
  5. Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
