Method
- In a small saucepan, add fresh strawberries, water, and sugar.
- Stir and bring to a boil on medium-high heat.
- Once boiling and the sugar is dissolved, lower the heat and simmer for about 10-15 minutes stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
- Remove from heat. Strain syrup from the strawberries using a fine mesh strainer.
- Pour in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. Enjoy!
