Sweet and Salty Christmas Candy

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bag Rolo candy
  • 1 Bag Small Pretzels
  • 1 Bag M&M candies

Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • 1 Parchment Paper or Silicone Baking Mat

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Unwrap Rolo candies and set aside.
  2. Place pretzels on the pan and then set one Rolo candy on top of each.
  3. Place pan in the oven and bake until the chocolate is softened, not melted. This will take less than 1 minute so stay close.
  4. Remove pan and place an M&M candy, then another pretzel on top of each Rolo candy. Press down gently, forming sandwiches. Allow to fully cool and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week in room temperature or 2 in the refrigerator. Freeze for longer.
Flavor Variations
There are a TON of options when it comes to these cutie sweet treats. Here are a few favorites:
  • Top with a pecan – ditch the pretzel topper and press a pecan on top of the softened Rolo instead.
  • Drizzle with white chocolate – drizzle the pretzel sandwiched Rolo with white chocolate, and if you’re feeling really festive, a shake or two of sprinkles!
