Creamy Baked Parmesan Herb Rice (Easy Oven-Baked Side Dish)

This creamy baked parmesan herb rice is an easy, comforting side dish made with simple pantry staples. Baked until warm and bubbly, it’s rich, savory, and perfect alongside chicken, pork, or a cozy weeknight meal when you want something familiar and satisfying.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup dry basmati rice (cooked according to package directions)
  • 1 can Campbell’s cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 3/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for gentle heat)
  • 1/4-1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (to taste)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Equipment

  • 1 Rice Cooker optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook your rice according to your package instructions. I used my rice cooker.
  3. In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together, including the rice until blended. Pour into your pre-greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly on the edges. Serve and enjoy with your favorite meats and veggies.
