Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Cook your rice according to your package instructions. I used my rice cooker.
- In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together, including the rice until blended. Pour into your pre-greased baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly on the edges. Serve and enjoy with your favorite meats and veggies.
