Fold in the dark chocolate chips, leaving a few for topping if you like a pretty finish.
Press the mixture evenly into your prepared pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
Cool completely before slicing into bars. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
