Sourdough Garlic Toast with Butter and Oregano

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp butter softened
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic adjust to preference

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Place sourdough slices on a lined baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix butter, oregano, and garlic.
  4. Spread or brush butter mixture over each slice of bread, spreading out to the edges.
  5. Bake in the oven, butter side up, for 6 minutes. Then, turn slices over and bake an additional 6 minutes. Enjoy!
