How to Make The Ultimate Blue Cheese Sauce
First, gather your ingredients: Blue cheese (Crumbled), Heavy Cream, and Worcestershire Sauce.
Next, heat your heavy cream in a saucepan over medium-low heat. You do not want to burn the cream, simply heat until it begins a gentle simmer. Continue to cook for about 3-5 minutes, stirring while the cream begins to thicken. You will want to make sure you are constantly stirring to prevent the cream from curdling.
Add half of the blue cheese . Mash and stir the cheese until it is fully melted into the cream.
Add 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
Simmer about 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens and can coat the back of the spoon.
Add in the remaining blue cheese. Turn off the heat and remove the pan, allowing the sauce to cool slightly. It will thicken as it stands.

- 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce

- Add Worcestershire Sauce, stirring constantly.
