- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make It
- Prepare the Slow Cooker: Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Add the Cream Cheese: Cut the cream cheese into cubes and place them on top of the chicken.
- Pour in the Broth: Add the chicken broth over the cream cheese and chicken.

- Add Bacon and Cheese: Stir in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese until the cheese is melted and the soup is well combined.
- Season: Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
